Faron was so smooth. Incredible voice. He influences generations of performers to this day. I did not know until recently that during the Korean conflict, he performed as a army special service performer and did thousands of shows for the troops.

Robyn and his dad Faron are so great together. Faron Young has always been my favorite singer as long as I can remember. I am so happy to Robyn. He is just as good at singing dad. I would like to know how to find a concert where I could see and Robyn.

Faron is one of my all time favourite singers, but this is not Faron's best version of this song, but it's great to see him sing with his son Robyn, who is a great singer in his own right.... I read his biography, and I understand they didn't get along very well.

Robyn is okay, but.. faron definitely was a different voice. His voice caught me.. with his tune.. Robyn didn't.

Yet again, just as their duet of "Alone With You", Faron has to make a rude comment to his son. This time it was "Get it right" in front of a viewing and television audience. It is no wonder he and Robyn were not close.

Faron was like that...didn't mean anything by it...just playing around ! I've seen him do the very same thing with RAY PRICE and WILLIE NELSON !! It was just part of his nature !

I saw From Young twice, in Houston. The first time was at a club, called Barry K, and he was fantastic. The second time was at some stadium and he was so drunk that he was pathetic.

I don't doubt it a bit...BUT, "It Came With the Territory" ...as the ole folks use to say . They All did it at one point or another. I've seen quite a few of them myself and IF asked, would have to say the worse I saw was Larry Gatlin. It was in the early 80's and his Demon like many others was Drugs ! However, that was THEN and this is Now...no one is perfect and he sounds just as great now as he did then...If, not better ! I still listen and watch all of them going back to Roy Acuff, Hank Williams Sr. and The Carter Family and on through the Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, Marty Stuart and Dwight Yoakam ERA. After That...Forget It... It's NOT Country !

Loved Faron, but this was cringe-worthy to see. Since Robyn testified against his Father in Faron's divorce proceedings Robyn received approximately $1 from Young's will (while his other siblings received handsome sums of money).

I really felt for Robyn..Faron never received any love from his father,so cycle continues.. My father was the same to us..
