I don know y'all. Farah was a stong woman. I'm not defending Ryan . I'm defending Farah!She knew what she wanted. She married Lee Majors a handsome Hollywood leeding man known to be friendly and kind to family and friends. Never known to be abusive in anyway., even according to Farah herself. She liked bad boys even the man she met in college went to prison twice and she supposedly had an affair with him till her death. Even with Ryan. My opinion is Farah was easily board. And needed adventures, challenges, and a sense she could make a bad situation better, but we know how hard she tried, she just couldn't do it. I love her, I miss her beautiful smile and her angelic spirit. Rest In Peace Farah💔!Same on you Redman Oniel, for physically hurting inocent strangers, robing people, and dishonoring the legend of Farah Fawcet!

I agree with you 100% Carolyn. You feel that way because it’s true. Lee Majors loved her deeply and was greatly hurt when they divorced. He said that they were apart too much during their marriage because of their busy careers. “Absence does not make the heart grow fonder. Absence makes the heart forget.” They put their desire to make money ahead of their marriage. I blame them both. O’Neal was not the right man for her. Not even close. Neither were Gregg Lott, or James Orr. I believe that one of those 3 guys infected her, which resulted in her tragic and untimely death. So very, very, sad.

Being in prison so often is the only reason Redmond is still alive because he is a heavy drug addict. The only DNA of Farrah will be left in this world are from her late sister’s children because Redmond has really messed up his life thanks to the O’Niel side of the family that got Redmond hooked on drugs at such a young age. Ryan O’Niel was very bad for Farrah. Lee Majors was only a little bit better, but he was too domineering for Farrah who was still finding her own self-value outside of the relationships with the men in her life. The one good thing about Ryan O’Niel did for Farrah is he helped her prepare for her role in “Extremities.” That movie and broadway play really helped Farrah be a successful actress.

Farrah has good friends back home in Texas who tried desperately to get her to reconsider living in Hollywood. Even later, when Diane became ill, those friends tried convincing her to move back home but she wouldn't hear of it. There were plenty of people who cared about her but she was always determined to do her own thing, and I think she paid dearly with her super early death. As far as her son goes, he really doesn't seem to have been raised with any guiding morals or principles, so by the time the family realized how much trouble he was in, it was too little too late.

I was concerned about O'Neil's notorious temper. Isn't this the same guy that knocked out his grown son Griffin's front teeth? smh Maybe Farrah felt she couldn't go back to Texas if she was to do anything in her acting career. I think she was blessed to have some dear friends. I believe Jaclyn Smith was one of them as well. Farrah and Jaclyn had that Houston connection. Sometimes, unfortunately we all can be our own worst enemy at times. Of course she was heartbroken with her son Redmonds lifestyle. Sad all the way around.

@jillwerner81335 жыл бұрын
I agree except that it is not only the kids fault either. I know this bc I happened to have had a mother who would put men before her children. She always picked unhealthy men who she only knew from 4-6months before she married and gave them total control of the household and of us kids. Two of them were pedophiles, on top of that one was a alcoholic,meth head, scizophrenic and pedo. Whenever I came home from school or friends house I never knew if I'd be walking on eggshells, getting a beating with belt,a two by four or sent to my rm with six months restriction. And my mother didn't use; that's how insecure she was. To put it this way, she had no business having 4kids. Today she only sees 2 of us. Those are the workaholics, because they tell her how perfect she is to gain her approval. If me or my sister ever are in need of morale support or need 20 bucks to borrow here or there she doesn't want to know or hear it. I always thought that a parent is supposed to be unconditional when it comes to her kids but I guess not. But I understand what you're saying. I have known people that had a good and nurt
@jillwerner81335 жыл бұрын
I always thought that your parents were supposed to be there unconditionally for their kids as far as morale and financial support is concerned, and I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars, ...say like a 20 or so IF you can pay them back. But my parent has never been here for me even as a little girl yet is there for my other two siblings. She also doesn't care too much for my other sister. She also put men before us as children that were addicts, alcoholics, pedophiles and scizophrenics. She also married them 4-6months of"knowing". Them. Plus she would immidiately let them take total control over household and us. She gave us a hell of a childhood. Than she tells me she is ashamed of me and that I am selfish and I always will be. Plus I am a horrible parent. Okay.... what type of"parent" says that after what she put me through and then favors two out of four of us? I also know of people with normal childhoods who blame their parents and they are totally wrong to do that. So I can relate to what your saying. I don't blame my mother for my behavior bc I am not a child anymore but I can understand that how you are raised can and does effect most people.
@anne20555 жыл бұрын
Totally agree you bring your children up to the best of your ability and putting them first but when they reach adulthood some make their parents lives hell and they just take and take till the parent /parents have nothing left to give then they abandon them.Some kids today want everything, they have no guilt and no respect just totally selfish with no remorse !!

@jillwerner81335 жыл бұрын
Yes, they were both selfish but one thing holds true: Ryan was her biggest problem beside the cancer, while she was getting chemotherapy he and Red were caught cooking methamphetamine in a 5star hotel that Farrah paid for bc O'Neal was a washed up drug addicted actor plus a chomo (child molester) to his own daughter Tatum by the way. He is trash and treated and made her feel like trash (Farrah). What that poor woman must have suffered. He was also responsible for her addictions. By that I mean he was enticing her frequently with different types of drugs; that's one of the reasons why she was so skinny before she was diagnosed, I mean waay before she had cancer; then when she had cancer she became even thinner. Ryan was such a shallow Hal that she always felt like she never looked or appeared attractive enough. And by doing that he was only trying to wear her down mentally. Which is exactly what he did obviously. Her appearance looked worse and worse in her prime of her life when she should have been enjoying herself immensely and thriving on the positive energy that her husband SHOULD have been giving her. So it was quite obvious that he wasn't bringing the best out of our Farrah 😢. After her death he immediately left pretending he was sad to go sell her personal memorabilia on the internet and putting the rest of her money into his account except for the half million that her boyfriend got. If you ask me she didn't love O'Neal anymore. It's been said on media that she only kept Oneal close to keep Red close. What an embarrassing mess Ryan put her through.

Also, Farrah wasn't as naive as Ryan thought she was. He had to find ways to get some of her money. He was soo obvious, superficial and trashy, she deserved soo much better, it's just too bad that she never got to live the life she truly DESERVED ❤️.

I think she had lip implants here, and sad to say, looks like she had false teeth......how sad to think she was SO iconic in the 70's......she started to lose her looks quite young really......

+perth45 Farrah actually didn't really start aging until the late 1990's around when she was 50. She looked amazing for a couple decades after "Angels"

perth45 Il n,y avait pas de chirurgie esthétique dans les années 70 ! Cette fille était naturelle ! Ses dents n,étaient pas fausses ! Vous êtes le seul à écrire de telles inepties !

She avoided answering about that kid of hers. He was a doper, and was in rehab about 15 times. Nothing to be proud of. If she raised him, she failed. Ryan has had him since he last got out of rehab and he's doing a hell of a lot better. She was too busy running around. Sorry, way is the truth. Handle it.

He battled with drugs for years even after his mother died. There was even a report that drugs were found in the same house that Redmond was living in WITH Ryan. UPDATE: Redmond now faces many years in prison.
