FARRAH LEAVES DESTINY’S CHILD AFTER 5 MONTHS

After the original members Letoya and LaTavia were dismissed from the group after internal disputes couldn’t be met, Destiny’s Child recruited 2 new members. But that was short lived after Farrah left the group after being unable to keep up with the hectic work schedule. We all know what happens after this.

She left because it was a toxic work environment, being bullied and ostracized. She wasnt standoff-ish. This is what mutism looks like after being socially isolated from a group but then to everyone else, it appears Farrah is the one with the attitude. I'm going through this at work so, I get it.

I don’t believe she was isolated or bullied. There’s plenty of footage of all them acting silly and friendly towards each other. Farrah herself said she was always sick and tired and because of this she didn’t show up to their work appearances and shows or if she did she was off to the side. She also said she didn’t like the fact the group was ran by Beyoncé’s family and Kelly basically being family too, that she feel like an outsider and basically was more so stand offish. I believe her having “an attitude” is more so her being tired and having to constantly work. She left cause it was inevitably too much and it wasn’t worth it to her.

Michelle was a background singer for Monica so she knew the hustle and bustle of being on tour... Farrah ain't know shit from a can of paint...so yes she became sick tired and even home sick...I'm amazed that she lasted that long...5 months of hopping out of plans on to stages interviews and photoshoots... remembering dances and lyrics that weren't yours in the first place...not to mention the hate that came along with the replacement of Lativa and Le Toya

Farrah was the one with the natural curly dark hair. She was in Beyoncé’s chair. In the beginning you also see her sitting on the floor in the background. Also Letoya and Latavia were also making a point that Beyoncé and a car and other lavish things when they themselves couldn’t afford it. Yeah the wanted to see the money they were going but after going through the attempts of acquiring separate management, it seems more of a “I’m handling this” (more demanding) rather than asking to see itemized billings. (In my perspective).

Farrah and Michelle were initially chosen to be temporary members until they found 2 permanent members. Farrah was chosen because of her beauty. She was actually more drop dead gorgeous than Beyonce at the time. Michelle was chosen because she already had met Destinys Child previously while they were on tour as the opening act for Monica. Michelle was a background singer for Monica at the time. And she was free. She auditioned for them and instantly clicked with Kelly and Beyonce and the whole family. Farrah never clicked with them. Michelle Kelly and Bey were raised in a similar way. Growing up in church. Being involved in music at a young age. They were Methodist. Michelle is COGIC. Farrah didn't grow up like that. She came from a troubled home life and was independent by the age of 15. She could hold a tune but she never truly had a voice. She only officially sung on Independent Women Part 1. She sung on Say My Name remix and Jumpin Jumpin remix but not on the original tracks. Those are Letoya and Latavia's voices.
