For those complaining and thinking Petersen was interrupting Musk, look closely at the video. It is not what you think it is. It (the video) is actually heavily chopped up and edited. Thank you Elon Musk, Innocence may be the most valuable time of a human being. It doesn't last long. We have to value and protect it at all cost. As a former worker in an emergency shelter for children, I've seen the devastation that abuse and neglect take on a young person that is supposed to be living their INNOCENT YEARS. By innocences, I mean without thought of sex, without pain of sex, without retaliation for speaking up, without thought of satisfying another, without thought of the end, without permanence (whether thru scars physically, emotionally, and or spiritually). Yes, every person has endured pain. However, when you inflict on the youth- it may be stuck with them for life. Some use it to help others; but, most are overcome by their pain into adulthood. Most who publish in KZbin now, especially when involving such influential people as Jordan and Elon, will edit the videos in such a way to bring favor or disdain to the side they dislike or disagree with. As well as taking into thought, that those people would be considered by many (the media and extreme left mainly) as "dangerous radicals with harmful words". With talking to some people, if you don't interrupt them you'll never get a word in, and then they'll wonder why you're so quiet. This is just Dr. Peterson's personality. He has too much to say, and it may not be the ideal "interview etiquette" for everyone, but frankly considering the quality of the input, we all benefit from it. Let's go beat up the Little Rabbit again!" Fox: "Good idea, I'm bored too! But we need a new reason this time. How about we ask him for a soda? If he gives us a Coke, we'll beat him up. If he gives us a Pepsi, we'll beat him up for that too." Wolf: "Great idea! Here he comes!" The Little Rabbit comes hopping down the path again, all bandaged up from the previous beating. so have seen quite a few comments on Jordan Peterson interrupting Elon in this clip. I think both are exceptionally gifted individuals, but Jordan Peterson is a very passionate person (can see it as he gets emotional talking about Elon's loss of his son. I too can get irritated by interruption, but I don't believe it is done out of any malicious intent. I believe Jordan truly sees these talks as lively, heart to heart discussions (not interviews) between two individuals with similar thought process. He isn't showing off, he is engaging, much like when you have a conversation with your best friend about a mutual subject...there is a back and forth, and one doesn't always let the other finish a train of thought before thinking and wanting to understand an aspect of it. Either way, what an interesting exchange between the two.

Meritocracy needs to REPLACE political campaigning ..that absolute timewaste of "bragging rights" candidates are obsessed with. Who needs to hear same conflicts of opinion from loudest challengers in the bull fight? Therefor a AmericaPAC needs to improve visibility of WORK, what a candidate produces NOT directs. Who wrote the script is infinitely more important, than the vocal effort put in bragging about how they struggle to implement it. A timeline visibility of individual hours that went in to create a better policy Vs dissipated hours talking about it. In this modern age, where overcrowding seems to generate poverty, why allow gross waste on globetrotting campaigns without merit of useful WORK charted on a filtered (as constructive) public forum website. In democratic assemblies, rhetoric often overshadowed facts, with orators manipulating emotions. Too be honest many Americans initially started not being born here so why is that any different than any other family that came to America. I sometimes think it's the people who weren't born here that appreciate America much more.

Thank you for editing this. It made the interview way more streamlined and more watchable.

Dr Peterson you're a brilliant man. You do however have some impulse issues. I interrupt a lot too. I also stammer when my message is outpacing my words.

If Elon Musk, who is one of the most progressive p in the world, we must understand that he is going in the right direction and with the party that deserves to be supported.

Social Engineering by Apartheid Musk should be a major concern. He has created this Pac for his own greed.

@@rogerjamespaul5528 yes and no, obviously trump being president is a big help to corporations as large as Musk's. But I do think his morals are genuine. For example, he bought twitter to help with misinformation. To my knowledge, that was a bad business move and I think he's actively losing capital.

Hearing Elon say his son is dead freaking crushed my heart. As a parent that raised mentally/physically healthy daughters into adulthood, I can only imagine the amount of pain he feels.
@nikolaush34143 ай бұрын
He says that because his son is now a daughter, so it's a bit tongue in cheek - estranged child would be more appropriate.
@GoldChocobo773 ай бұрын
It's kinda rough of him to say that though. His son might hear that and feel misunderstood, rejected. But also he can't deny how he feels about this... it's a horrible situation to be in.
