Mahindra needs to hire a good seating designer immediately. Rest everything they have improved. From the launch of xuv 500 in 2011 people are complaining about seating arrangements. Even in 2022 their xuv 700 comes with the same mistakes. 2nd and thirdrow should come with recline adjustment and it should be set on rails so people can adjust legroom easily.xuv has a lot of space in 2nd row but 3rd row is really bad.

Nah no way Better get an NA engine for long term. If you're not holding your car for an lifelong get an turbo engine for the fun. Your main target is efficiency, long life, reliability, maintenance so your option cannot go wrong with a NA engine. You will get 1.2 petrol and 1.5 diesel engine which are way more refined and better in reliability than 1.0 turbo engines.

As Hyundai's 1.0 l 3 cylinder turbo engine is paired with a imt or dct i can't guarantee you better experience than in owning a NA engine with a manual or imt gearbox or tc too. The 1.0 L engine ain't bad either they are less expensive than NA engines but gives better fuel efficiency than NA engines a better performance kick. But in the long term only NA engines will be reliable and way more refined to drive and easier to repair and own. If you are price sensitive get the 1.0 with imt gearbox and you will be ok but if you really care about lower maintenance, no breakdowns or any sort of troubles get an NA engine. As you're caring for long term ownership avoid dct gearbox get an manual or imt gearbox. And actually 1.0 turbo engine from Hyundai is reliable too but not as good as compared to regular naturally aspirated engine. If you're getting the 1.0 engine option keep your car well maintained, on time servicing and keep it in good shape and it will also be reliable in the long term.
