Makes Perfect sense! Being in produce food prep- 3-500lbs / day of chopping with minimal movement, pilled on top of ( healed) multiple broken ribs on Both sides, frozen neck & shoulders, trigger finger(s), & doing your " block therapy " , I'm @ a point where it's now a " good pain"( finding the fascia release) & release is coming quicker.

Thanks for the tips. I’ll put this to use on my right arm and see if I can get it unlocked. It’s been giving me trouble since September when something felt like it let go. I need to get strength back in the shoulder and bicep on this side.

Another excellent and super helpful video! I’ve suffered from Costchondritis for years (muscular chest pain) and it’s scary to say the least. Would love to see a video with suggestions that you have addressing muscular chest pain. Thanks Quinn!

I'm working on my posture. I know things are shifting with BT and can cause related pain, but it's been a couple of months and I have tendinitis like pain in my lower arm/wrist. Many times the pain wakes me up during the night. I'm adding this routine to my protocol, so see. Is there anything you suggest doing? Thank you Quinn.

My rotator cuff "tear" diagnosed via MRI could be due to mechanical damage OR to autoimmune response to food allergy OR both. Regarding both upper arm pain and/or shoulder pain which are "sympathetic to" (aka "referred from") partial rotator cuff tear(s), e.g. the supraspinatus, is this video relevant? Thanks for any info.
