Thank you ...thank you...thank you....surely the best explained and demonstrated fascia relive and decompression movement. Deep belly breathing is crucial in these movements. Thank u for addressing the pain....yes it will be there..but my own experience with extensive misalignment issues is the movements you demonstrate does relive and literally give you back movement and mobility...

I had a serious pain in my left knee, was actually limping. I did this and experienced a huge relief, pain still there somewhat, but nit limping so much. Will be doing this on a daily basis. Than you Quinn.

Wow Quinn thanks for sharing a ton of great information. The past few weeks I’ve noticed pain and a click/clunk in my right knee every time I start to rise up from a squat. So after watching you demo how to block each area, I paused the video, set my timer for 3 mins & blocked each area on the right leg. After the last position, I hopped up to do a squat and NO PAIN! This was before you gave tips on how to engage the muscles in my feet and put the majority of weight on my heels. Your tip to use the block baby for fascial decompression of the hamstring & calf muscles helped me get further with in that position than I could with my block buddy. All in all, I am amazed & grateful for how quickly my pain changed just doing this 1 video. I have ALOT of areas to cover so I need to make my comments shorter and my blocking longer. Thanks so much!

I've been struggling for years with inner knee pain (told its my sartorius) and cant seem to crack it - tried these this evening and hoping a see some relief tomorrow - could you recommend anything to help further or are these exercises sufficient? Thanks for the video. I subscribed too (fellow youtuber I know the struggle:P).
