Please I'm into fabrics and I sell from home, but the prob is I also have passion for ready to wear but I struggle to sell them even though my designs are nice, ppl say they look really good, the finishing is great but still they prefer to buy my fabrics... I also tried bespoke but hmm I received a lot of embarrassment, customers were also complaining.. I got a shop then but I feel I was doing too much... Should I just focus on the fabrics, I'm thinking of fabrics and tailoring materials.. I really need advise, thanks ma

Hi. Your comment caught my attention. I don’t you’re doing too much. Sewing clothes and selling fabrics altogether is fine, to me. I am a fashion designer in Ghana. I can do almost everything in this business. I make everything from scratch on a dress. Be it beading or machine operations.

If your work grows more and more, perhaps you can find workers to help you. Then you can lower your workload. And that way, I think you can still sell the fabrics and do bespoke as as the ready to wear. 😊
