The best black T-shirt I can buy without a raffle? Sound like a dream. I hope it will have the same level of quality like the GXFAB G -Shock T-shirt. Resistance to fading, stretching and abrasion. With your knowledge and experience, you guys can become the Peak Design of clothing.

I really agree with the comment that assumed you had a million subscribers! There is so much value here, the videos are beautifully shot and the host is even nice 😁 This needs more views! I'm a home sewist and looking to make my basics, so I'm learning so much here.

This channel delivers SO much value that it immediately shot up towards my top faves, even DURING the first video I watched! I almost-exclusively consume educational content (or edutainment), and you make learning a lot of fun! 😀👏 Big thanks to the entire team for your hard work in producing all of this-it’s definitely paying off…we’re all very grateful to you for uncovering the secrets of the fashion industry. 🙏 Props to the KZbin algorithm for always placing gems like this into my feed. 💎

I also appreciate your existence! first time I stumbled on one of your videos I was stunned with how much knowledge you’re just pouring out there. I really appreciate all the work you and your team are putting in. this has actually given me more insight on how I will build my clothing line one day and inspired me even more. Hopefully you don’t stop educating people in this way. thank you again

Really enjoyed your approach on all the little aspects of clothing, and how they interact with the quality. I'd love to see a video about vintage vs modern, where two pieces 'identical' of clothing, one trifted and one new are compared to each other. For instance like a Levi's 501.

Yes! More Perfect Union here on YT actually touched on this in a video called " It's Not Just Shein: Why Are ALL Your Clothes Worse Now?". They compared a pair of Abercrombrie jeans from the 2000s vs a pair from the same brand from 2024 and also a Liz Claiborne cardigan from the 90s with a 2024 dupe from Anthropologie. That video focused on womens wear and fast fashion but I still recommend everyone who enjoys this channel to give it a watch, it was interesting. And would LOVE a reaction video from Joe. *hint hint* @Shiftfashiongroup. :)

This is a great channel. I think taking regular folks through the process of making a shirt and then having it available for purchase is a great idea. I also hope you break down Merino wool and all its hype. I’ve been trying to slim down my wardrobe with garments that are good for travel but still looks good. This channel is great in educating the average consumer.

Like so many others, I have learned so so so SO MUCH about this industry that I, not only never knew about, but also never thought about. When I first started watching, seeing you rip up and cut into the clothes made me cringe (especially the expensive ones), but now? Now IT BRINGS ME SO MUCH JOY. Sorry/not sorry about your Stone Island jacket 😂 It’s been SO COOL to learn about how garments are put together, the mountain of decisions that have to be considered, and understanding why things shrink a certain amount, or stretch a certain way. I could go on, but I’ll save that for next time. THANK YOU

I adore this channel 😍 Now that we're in sweater season (and as an avid knitter) I'd love to see some reviews of knitwear items from popular/well-known brands too! I've learned a LOT about garment construction, materials, etc. since taking up knitting, and am always super interested to learn more. Handknitting is obviously so different from machine/industry knitting, and it's fun to investigate how. Looking forward to your next vid. ❤❤

How to create a black t-shirt!!! Can't wait to see that series! Seeing the end product/solution is very fun, but knowing the story and decision behind a product is even more exciting. I think I will want to buy that black T-shirt too! No sure if you do B2C, but you and your video have such an apporachable and honest vibe, that in itself is rare in customer branding and would make your product very attractive to me (and hopefully that mass too!) p.s. Thanks for keep making high quality videos!

the new series sounds fun! really nerdy I think it might be interesting to consider some sort of end of year roundup of how factors like pricepoint, target demographics, and such affected the quality and price of the final product within a category. Or some sort of rundown summary of what to look for when determining quality within a price bracket. Like how you can expect serged seams on the lower end of ready to wear, but after a certain price point you can expect something nicer. Especially considering the end of year holiday season, something in the vein of buyer beware might be a good idea

Really loving the channel thus far. So far a lot of the apparel isn’t brands ive heard of (its nice learning about new brands too). But what about the common brands like Levis, Gap, Express? Learning about those brands would impact a lot of consumers. Sorry if youve already answered this.

I love your content and recently attended a sewing course to learn how to make my own garments (dropped shoulders, dropped crotch, Japanese inspired) I’d really love to hear your analysis of Yohji Yamamoto's mainline (Pour Homme), where the real magic happens with the finest fabrics. Yohji is known for sourcing materials from top mills, and I’m curious if his wool gabardine is more special than standard versions. While it’s a luxury label, with everything made in Japan and at a higher price point, I still find the quality and design to offer incredible value. Or am I just biased? 😀

I think when people want something that's good quality, it's always a difficult answer because we each have different ways of defining "quality." If someone wants something long-lasting and won't ever break down, I imagine the ultimate solution would be something like a hard plastic shell or maybe something like gore-tex that may last a thousand years but might be bad for the Earth. Some brands may just understand quality through the lens of adhering to tolerances - an accuracy measurement. Personally, I think I want something that's thoughtfully designed for how I want to use a garment and is something that excites me. However, this is incredibly subjective. I'm curious, how do you personally view quality, not as a consultant, but as a consumer?

Love the channel, I live in the UK and would like to know if the garments from such as M&S/Next etc are value for money? They seem good quality for the money or are there better items/retailers I should be considering? I'm not a clothing fanatic, just want to buy something of quality but at a price point that is fair for all.
