As a cosplayer, it's something I see at least once at almost every convention I go to. I can tell you 5 people in the LA area that can make that gun in a heartbeat. Like, looking close, the gun isn't even covered in foil like the armor pieces, or even worbla, it looks like spray painted cardboard. No shade in that, I've done that too, but it wasn't for a tv appearance for something I do for a living. I can also tell you multiple sites where you can order the zentai she used fo the base (D&L Zentai it's probably 20-30 bucks, and they make it to your exact measurements, and free 2 week shipping, its a great store). Her face is no where close to the suit color, it's so weird and ashy, it doesn't make sense with the rest of the look . Like this is not based on how I feel about her as a person or how I view her drag character, I'd say the same if it were Katya or Manilla (two of my top faves). And 3 years late too I know, but. It bugs me how much they gagged over things she did when I know people who don't do this stuff professionally, and even kids who are still in highschool, that can do it just as well or better.

@@janpfg2822 I agree, I love when the queens play with cosplay in their drag. My problem is how much praise she was getting for creativity, while it wasn't it was stuff she saw other people do. That's my big issue. That what she did here, or with the dress spin away in another episode, aren't the creative genius that everyone says it is. This is the basics of a Nebula cosplay honestly, and there's nothing wrong with that. My point with bringing up younger people was pointing out how I know people who are much younger, with a lot less experience, less money and access to materials, and don't have the connections to have someone make it/pieces for them. Phi Phi has been doing these things for a long while, and it's how she makes her money, doing performances in costumes, so she should be better than someone with less experience ect. When you take into account it's not an uncommon build or idea, and that it's fairly easy to do, and there are tons of tutorials on how to do it, it's not the most amazing creative thing anyone has ever seen. THAT is what bothers me, because it dismisses and discredits the cosplay community that actually did all these ideas first.

Drag ginger for whatever you want but don't come for her performance or her weight. I'm sick of ppl acting like if you're a big girl you have to "dress for your body" she can wear what she wants. If she was dressing for her body, people would drag her for looking frumpy and covered up while everyone else wore latex suits and nearly nude outfits. the problem with ginger's recent looks isn't her body, it's the fact that the dresses she's picking don't fit her properly at all, they sit weirdly, bunch up in random places along the front and look cheap as hell. it happened in this look as well as with the gown she wore in the rubber challenge. she's picking tacky/cheap-looking fabrics that end up making the dresses very very unflattering on her. also, that hair is terrible, and the make up isn't helping her case either.

All in all, I agree that in photo, Roxxxy is shoot, but when you see it in video/real life, it looks basic af. I am living for Katya's hair (Padme from Star wars), but the dress is boxy af. PleunBeijns It was toot and kinda shoot, but it's not really gagging. But... for a simple look, it's really unique and really memorable. Toot. Alaska's alien look actually look cute for me. I just wish there's more, because It reminds me more of latex runway than futuristic but it's not bad. Toot. With Alyssa, I cant really tell. I love it, but the boots is kinda ugly, reminds me of 60s-70's shoes but with chunky heels, and silver glitter. +Grady Wyatt Alaska's look was very artistic. It's very avant garde, conceptual and well thought out, everything go well together. It's simple, yet very effective. Roxxy's look, on the other hand, was the opposite, it's complicated but not effective at all, because it was so half-ass done and so cliche and so expected. There were some elements on Roxxy's outfit that is a good idea, but the overall look just so meh! Roxxy nearly always does gown or swim suit. And what is this? A silver plastic swimsuit. Like come on! Shoe could have committed to it all the way and turn this into a full silver body armor. That would be cool and different and more unexpected than her normal stuffs.

Well, to me Katya's outfit gives of a vintage vibe of the future, like how SF-esque movies back in the days depicted the future. To me that gives her outfit a certain value, but it obviously isn't incredible or extraordinary, but I do think it's more on the toot than the boot side. I personally think that Roxxxy also derserves a toot, but only for her awesome make-up etc (everything above her collarbone), the outift and shoes are just plain boring..

I'm glad that they shoot Alaskas's look. I was very disappointed by Michelle's review on it. She made seem like it wasn't that great. And it actually was great. It was really a future character. Colurful, fun, weird and even scary at the same time. For me it was more interesting than Phi phi's. I mean Phi phi was wearing a robot costume that you can get at any halloween. But Alaska was a concept. It even had a voice!

It's good to recognize personal style and aesthetic when rating the outfits, I think. Some queens can pull off what others can't. Like, could you see anybody except Katya wearing one of her outfits and getting a toot with it? No, but Katya sells it because she's Katya. Is that unfair? I don't think so, simply because their looks are kind of an extension of their own personal characters, and something that may look really good on one queen would make no sense on another. Just my thoughts.

Yes they're professionals so to a certain extent we trust and respect their decisions, after all they're getting paid to do it not us. HOWEVER, people have been noticing certain patterns or favoritism when it comes to certain queens (Roxxxy, Ginger) where they are tooted most of the time regardless of the majority of the audience disagreeing. I mean I get fashion is subjective but there is a general consensus in our society as to what is aesthetically pleasing and what isn't. Cmon
