Reminds me of an old school friend in the west of Ireland who was taken on by an international fashion agency straight from school 30 years ago. I met her in the local pub a few months later at Xmas. She seemed unusually happy to see me and asked me to hug her (I did) I still remember the terrible smell from her breadth. I asked her what modelling was like and she said that it seemed all men wanted was sex straight away. At 19 I hadn't the world experience or intuition to know what she was going through. I didn't talk ; I just let her hug me. I haven't seen her since. This documentary fills in a few gaps for me . I hope she's happy wherever she is ..... 30 years later.

This is really sad, more people need to talk about this, same issue happens in the music and movie industry too that's why a lot of men in the industry are gay, you have to sleep with the male bosses, it's not okay, they earned it through working not be selling their bodies which they are pressured to do so. Especially as a lot of them start at a young age where there is an age gap and power dynamic.

It’s amusing to me that some humans are incapable of understanding that we’re just animals. We may wear suits and ties, but our behaviors aren’t that much different from our fauna brethren. @@aurora6920 I think what they was trying to say is that the situations mentioned in this video could very well be a trade in the sense that if they slept with xyz they would get fame & money in return. Problem is - these girls are most likely naive and stuck in the industry - therefore have no alternative but to leave their legacy behind or sleep with them. It's clearly a power dynamic but more often than not the abuser and the abused are both aware of their positions and play into them.
