No it is not. With Princess Catherine still recuperating and receiving chemo she needs to have a live in staff. Four bedrooms may be enough for you and I, but not for a growing family. The nanny must live elsewhere and can’t be available at a moments notice. The Royal Lodge is perfect for the future king and his wife and children. They probably will need renovations since I can’t see Andrew as a neat person. I know he doesn’t need all those rooms and meeting rooms. Who does he meet? He’s not the most popular guy. Plus, Frogmore is still on the Windsor estate and he doesn’t pay rent so it would be a great move.

I think it is a lovely home, large enough to be comfortable, but not so large that it's intimidating. The fact that even though it has such historic significance it has been refurbished with proper plumbing and electricity makes it perfect! I love the style of Adelaide Cottage. It reminds me of the cozy cottages Thomas Kinkade featured in many of his paintings. I'm sure its location on the Windsor estate gives the family plenty of outdoor space to enjoy in complete security and privacy. It is also close to the children's school and Princess Catherine's family. I was pleased when I heard that the Prince and Princess of Wales declined King Charles' invitation to live in Windsor Castle after Queen Elizabeth's death. The couple seems to understand the importance of a close family bond in a comfortable home as opposed to a castle that may seem more like living in a museum.

At any rate, of course Catherine would not be correcting everyone at this stage because she would not be so precious and ungracious about her own name. She's was recovering from surgery which takes a few months then started chemotherapy usually 6 months well mine was and then it took me a further 3 months to start to feel better I was so sick vomiting daily for weeks, all the way through it's absolute hell. She will be back in time when she's ready.

Kim would you have preferred me to say based on my deductive reasoning skills, knowledge and study of architectural periods and decor I came to this hypothesis? Well there you have it. This Victorian Grade 2 dwelling a Wedding gift to Harry and Meghan could not be altered to suite Meghan's style of decor, austere and modern, large scale hard and soft furnishings. The Queen gave them permission to gut the interior of Frogmore cottage (well documented back then). It also had not been Graded as it had been altered many times in the past. But the Queen stipulated that most of what the couple wanted to do to the exterior would not be permitted by her. I am not British but an American who appreciates the fact that England has preserved it's history so well at least up until the currant difficulties for all if us.
