I believe the Hermes sandals with the block heel are the Oasis sandal. I bought a pair of these from Hermes and I found them so uncomfortable! So much so that I sold them after a couple of wears ….. I do have the Dune dupes, however, and they are a million times more comfortable, lol!

I only used to buy M&S thermals but Primark are great and less expensive you can get short/long sleeved and leggings in a variety of colours, they seem just as good😊

Hi Josie, with regards to the Pepper bras, is it best to get a sizing appointment for the bras or is it sized like most other bras? I’ve never heard of these bras and I’ve just had an explant operation, so feeling very different and flat chested.

I like your recommendations, and you got me putting the Amazon dress on my Amazon list. There's 1 item I'm a bit unsure about - the barefoot shoes. I would like to try them, but I am unsure if they would work well for people like me with plantar fasciitis issues. My Hokas and Alegrias have been lifesavers from foot pain (w/c I attrubute to wearing stilletos all the time in my 20s and early 30s).

Barefoot shoes don't suit everyone as my arches dropped wearing Barefoot. My feet were fine before but now I have pain in every step and don't think my feet will ever be the same. Please ask for advice before purchasing any Barefoot as you need to be sure they are suited to you.
