I totally agree. My grandpa planted a tree in 1911. My cousins and I took a picture under it back in the 70's. Since then, we have had three different generations posed under the same tree for pictures. It is a lovely way to keep our childhood memories alive.

Tip about the mums. They will last are grow as a perennial if you cut them back when they appear dead and when they are coming back in the spring/summer - cut the blooms off on the weekend of July 4th and they will bloom again in the fall perfectly!!

Lovely video Josie ❤️ On a side note, considering our skin is our largest organ and has the largest microbiome in the body, I would see it being negatively affected by antibacterial clothing/footwear and especially those made by recycled plastic. Natural fabrics are Key to our health and the health of the planet 👌
@sandyhossman77712 жыл бұрын
We were starting to use antibacterial bandages and endotracheal tubes when I retired in the hospital. Recycled plastic is great on rubber foot wear, much better than pesticides in our food.
@lunarfaerie85522 жыл бұрын
Antibacterial clothing is used to predominantly fight against odour producing bacteria and to boost sweat absorbing bacteria on the skins surface . Studies show that antibacterial clothing, hand washes etc. work in tandem with the skins own microbiome. Our skin is the second largest organ, the intestinal tract is the largest.

Liquid amber trees are stunning. I did have one in my yard here in Australia. But given its old age and health, it eventually had to be cut for safety reasons. Just be super careful when the spikey balls drop. I have rolled my ankle quite a few times on them.

Oat milk in itself is not bad for your gut. Like many milk alternatives it can contain various “gums” like Xanthan gum to stabilize and make it smoother. These are the components that can cause gas and bloating. Also look out for carrageenan if bloating is a concern.

Thank you for all your sharing today! I love the different places you go and shop, I always feel I have been out and about with you in your Cotswolds! It is so funny when y'all say "you are a little "peckish". I grew up with my Grandmother and she would always say that she was a little "peckish" mid morning or mid afternoon and that meant she needed a little snack to get her through to next meal. Well, needless to say, I picked it up and grew up saying this term. So my girlfriends picked it up and now we have "Peckish" parties in the fall and then in the Spring. It is really an "English" tea party but we have really had fun with calling our Peckish Parties. We have invitations printed up with Invites for our annual "Fall Peckish" party etc. We have had handkerchiefs printed with that term, aprons. And this year we are thinking of "Peckish" travels. Only in the USA, right? ❤❤from Georgia USA

I think for the entrance, you need to add different heights... maybe use upside down wood boxes or some stacked stones under plants and pumpkins. I would oil the pots to make them warmer-hued.and even use soil , rubbed-in ..Uneven numbers are always better ....so on the right, near the door, keep the back 2 plants(the tall grass and the smaller green one). Take away the 2 flowering front plants and switch them to the right, separating them with pumpkins and squash.Switch the deep red "mum" from the right to the left. Place it more or less in front of the grass plant. Get more pumpkins and squash, different shapes and sizes from the ones you've got..a few sage green, beige, dark green, and the deep red seems to work well like the small one on top ,along with baby ones...that should do the trick...you'll get there Josie just like you always do :)))🍁🍂🎃

I love your eye make-up at the beginning of this video. Don't be down on your 'silly' plant - it was expensive becuase it's an unusual variety, of Skimmia I think.Plant it out in the garden in the Spring - it will become a beautful addition to your garden I'm sure, and will eventually grow quite big. Btw the M&S advent calendar only becomes available on 27th, so not sold out yet!
