His teeth are not "horrendous;". he just has a big gap. If u freeze the video at 00:38 u can see that his other teeth are fine. Models in high fashion(both male and female) do not have to have perfect teeth because in 99% of their photos and on the runway they don't smile. And the teeth are obviously not a problem since he's been booking high profile gigs and working steadily for years.
