The last company i worked for had a 7.3 and when i left there was 660k miles on it... it was the most reliable truck the company owned.

I got a lb7 duramax hot tune and no power got fass now no problems

I had a good old 7.3 but sold it to buy a lb7 duramax I like too do truck pulls with it and the lb7 works better but the ford was still an awesome truck
