Hi Butch, thanks, my wife is very creative in the kitchen and she is always coming up with something new. The Spice is called "Spice for Steak and Chops" Company is `Spice Land CC' out Johannesburg, South Africa. It is a unique flavor, we bring it back with us when we travel or when we can get friends too. It would be nice if you can find it locally, let me know if you can. F.Y.I.
