After you pull that ring off it just lifts out and you just put the new one in put the ring on and plug in the wires there is nothing in the tank that has to be removed.

Yeah i ended up just buying a rebuild kit to rebuild the old one after 3 new ones didnt work

@@406regen I'm going with a Q Qantum . I believe is the brand. Made in the USA too.

All i can tell you is before u put the bed back on make sure that the pump works and the gas gauge works 2 of the wrong 1s i got were not wired correctly for the gas gauge.

It was one of my first videos u literally just pull up on the pump after removing the lock ring, I now realize that when I make mechanical videos every step has to be recorded no matter how self explanatory it is. Thank you for the feedback
