It's a handy idea, but the tabs to release the hose are quite stiff. They do not disconnect as easy as this video shows.

Give it a little wiggle while disconnecting to help in the beginning. They break in fairly quickly, and then you are good for life. You wouldn't want them to start loose, and then become too loose.
