I grew up in Huntington Beach which is the ghetto Laguna Beach back in the 80s.. I love watching the show seeing the old stomping grounds lived in Colorado for 25 years now..

A woman he was involved with said he pointed it toward her house and was threatening her but Mike denied that. He was bailed out of jail Nov. 25 and started to drive across the country. It was believed that he was trying to go see his mom and sister (Kristen just had her baby). He was seen asking for directions to Salt Lake in Grand junction Colorado and when he stopped for gas in Utah on the 27th. That same day, a rancher discovered his car, crashed near a dirt road about 5 miles from the highway in Utah. His family didn't want it announced that he was missing in case it brought bad press to Kristen. He was found 2 weeks after going missing, 3 miles away from his car. He died of hypothermia. There were no drugs or alcohol found in his body. His family has since said that he was very troubled and suffering from bipolar disorder, but it almost seems like a narrative being painted. I feel like more could've been done by the family to find him sooner. The police were doing what they could, but the family and especially Kristen had the resources and platform to do more.

What's funny about this was lauren was the "fashionista", but all she did was follow trends!! Following trends doesn't make u fashionable. And i'm not hating bc obvi she has a successful clothing line at kohls for years, it's just interesting seeing this now. The most fashionable people usually look and dress kinda weird or odd, and usually they are before their time. It takes courage being like that and i'd have never known that until being older, when i was younger i followed trends & wanted to be like everyone else too.

Yeah but even her clothing line is the same thing… just whatever’s on trend with her name slapped on it, I sincerely doubt she’s actually ever designed something innovative and creative that wasn’t just ripped off from someone else or from whatever is trendy at the same time.

@@bradenharris8718 that’s a valid point too… I mean she’s got a successful clothing line at kohl’s and she’s a multimillionaire, but it’s not like she’s some fashion genius like the likes of Gianni Versace or Alexander McQueen, etc. her success is literally thanks to her reality stardom, otherwise she’d probably be a stylist, maybe still working at vogue. But I don’t want to be negative or hate on her bc she did it, and regardless if It’s all bc of the show, she’s still the only one, besides kristen, to create a successful business out of the show that stands on its own, so u have to give her that…

I respect that she has a clothing line w khols, but it's not fair to really call her a "designer", like Gianni Versace or Alexander McQueen. It's also interesting 2 think where she would be today without the show -- I have no doubt she would've gotten a job in fashion, but she wouldn't be anywhere near where she is today without the show.

I will say Kristin had a father and a brother. Why they weren’t taking care of her car is odd to me? That’s man stuff. My father always kept up with the maintenance on mine. My dad (now my husband) did and do the same but I was also taught how to take basic care of a car. Oil changes, changing tires and bulbs etc. It's very easy.
