I have a question Mr. Darby. What's the minimum age for fast draw competitions such as the World Fast Draw?

Adam Swindell Hello Adam. There is no age restriction, just the ability to handle the gun safely. My youngest son competed in the WFDA world elimination championships when he was 11 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIS9gnykrb98rNE , and my older son won his division at the world championships when he was 13, competing against adults who had been shooting for decades - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHTNqaFnqcp_h68 . What is the entry fee?

It depends on the type of contest and the host. For a smaller contests the entry fee might start around $40 or $50, but for larger multi-day contests they can be $150 or $200. On top of that you usually also need to be a member of the organization sanctioning the contest.
