I had to visit you again because I got the pork panko and so I was able to make this recipe of Salmon Croquettes...it tasted absolutely WONDERFUL! So delicious and yet simple. Will be trying the tuna version as well. Many thanks.

Thanks for these simple and yummy Keto/Carnivore recipes! I love me some salmon croquettes! I'm ordering some of the pork panko to have on hand. It makes a great crust for frying chicken, also. I've tried making my own pork panko and it works but too much time and much more expensive. I didn't realize until I saw your video that I can purchase pork panko. Kudos!

Just to let you know, if you have any SuperWalmarts near you, you can buy them right in store in the same aisle as regular bread crumbs
