Yes, i will share how i made it work, if there is another method pls let me know, i inputed my lipsync animation into the sequence then baked it into the face rig as keyframes, then i added an additional empty face rig in which i added the poses keyframes shown in the video, but instead of clicking on the "select controls" button as shown in the video, i selected the ctrls that didnt have anything to do with mouth,jaw,tongue or teeth, and added the poses keyframes only to these. and it worked like a charm. hope this helps

You may want to add that you have to use a clean 5.1 project and import meta human from bridge in order to get the pose library. I created a MH project and no pose library exists. Thanks for the video !!!

@@ShaunFoster I played around a bit yesterday. I was only able to fully replace it with a keyframe. It would be amazing to paste it inbetween movement for subtle expression.

One idea is to only paste it for e.g. the upper face but deselect the mouth etc. But being able to blend it with the animation would be the ultimate solution, for instance having the mouth not be effected as much

@@habibmensch7368 I haven't done a lot of face mocap - but when I did some character mocap, the control rig was what allowed that type of additive "blending" between two sets of keyframes. How can we apply LipSync for realtime chatbot?

I've tried this on my existing animation but every time I try the face doesn't move but I noticed a change in the 2d yellow facerig box so something is working but not the character. I'm using the "Cooper" metahuman. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

This happened to me in our lab once. Try isolating the metahuman on a "blank" level - I use a "levels as layers" workflow - restarting Unreal sometimes also helps - kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqClaaGVhdeSfMU

I have another problem, I've made a animation sequence with body and facial expressions but when I "baked animation" and opened it the body animations were playing but the face was static. What do I need to do? I also baked the facial as a pose but unsure how to combine them.
