I was a Freshman Offset lithographer in HS in 1971. You had to have two hand buttons, one on each side of the deck on the paper cutter to keep your hands away from the blades at all times. These workers are good at what they do ant the safety practices are non existent except for keeping certain chemicals in isolated buildings to prevent fires.
