FAST Rider On MV Agusta F4 TRIED to RACE My 2021 CBR 1000RR-R Fireblade SP!

My 2nd day visiting Charlotte, NC I met a fast rider on his MV Agusta F4 and we engaged in some awesome racing on my 2020 BMW S 1000 RR and 2021 Honda CBR 1000RR-R Fireblade SP. We also rode with some cool people on their Ducati Panigale V4 R, Suzuki GSXR-1000R, Kawasaki ZX-10R, Suzuki Hayabusa, BMW S 1000 RR and other awesome bikes!

I own a F4 RR. Beautiful bike. That rider is quick. Especially considering the fact that his bike is from around 2012-2014 and has no quickshifter. He still manages to beat a brand new litre bike. Respect.

As a MV agusta owner there's a couple of things to say on the F4. First The calipers aren't Stylema but M4 and the suspension on the back is Sachs not Ohlins. That F4 being the base also has quite a bit less power than the F4RR. Another thing to note is that they come with a terrible map on the gen2's which had flat spots in the middle of the rev range. It was so bad that I replaced my ECU with a Microtec ECU. Luckily the newer bike with Eldor ECU's can be tuned easier. Also the bike in the video needs a lambda sensor eliminator cause that error on the dash/speedo is just plain wrong.

It's tricky with MV because of finding a dealer that carries them, they are also tough as a build bike. If you win it, you better hope you have a dealership close because parts are very tough to get. That being said, I have reviewed many MVs and I love them and am waiting on a Rush😉

I own a 2016 MV Agusta F4 (Pearl White) & there dumb fast, i have just a slip on & putting headers on them eventually, but once i get the headers done & tune its gonna be pretty damn fast. The RR & RC models of the F4 are stupid faster. Especially with a tune & full exhaust. Its a Amazing feeling to be able to own one of the most rare exclusive bikes.

You can do it in the UK, 10 years riding I've been pulled once, on alot of the country's roads alot of sports bike are doing 190+. The only place it's not a good idea in the UK is on the motorway near busy cities as they tend to have average speed checks.

The Fireblade is gonna be hard to beat when you unleash the engines true potential. ECU and an exhaust will change this restricted engined bike. The EU and Japanese bikes put 200-203 WHP on dynos without ecu and exhaust upgrade. And fixing the ridiculus long gearing the bike has. Ergonomics and quality of Honda. The best bike out there.

Mr. ib needs to go to RC45(Paul) and have him work his magic on it. For those who dont know, the reason why the cbr is getting clapped so hard is because USA stock is 160rwhp-165rwhp(189bhp) and has a HUGE early power dead spot. Credit to Mr ib for being able to out ride the group with that power difference lol
