This was a new experience for us! 14 Semi trucks showed up to race and put on a show at this years Texas Half Mile, presented by Shift Sector. These are all "workin trucks", which means they are hauling loads every single day of the year. That doesn't stop these supped up monsters from going balls to the wall down the half mile though!

I learned how to drive in an 18wheeler tanker. 7 years old my granddad would start me on the hill and make me get up to 20mph and he would grab the jake brake from the passenger seat making the fuel start pushing me down the hill! The goal was to stop as smooth and fast as possible without locking the brakes up! Best times of my life was driving that 18wheeler on the farm with my Gdad riding shot gun and sticking all the tanks 5:00am before school and telling him how much each had in it
