Love the event and the racing, love that the cops were chill, but given all that; at least have the spectators clean up after themselves. Personally I was rooting for the Chevy II only because I had one, a '63 BB w/PG ran in SG/ProGas. Either way I was happy to see them race a GOOD and SAFE race. I've raced quite a few things for years, the sportsmanship in what I enjoyed most is gone. It's now a money game and has made things completely unfair for most. This man handing him the spectator cash (which I'm sure isn't much, which isn't the point) is awesome. First time I myself have seen him, and I have the utmost respect for him. Too often I see people win a big pot, and just act like an asshole about it. He didn't even think twice about it either, not too many people like that anymore. Friendship status aside. Well earned win, dude drove an absolute missile.
