For all the people complaining about the crew and the recycle? You probably have no idea how it is to be on the back of that truck for hours on end and in the Florida humid summer. Personally, this place should just have community recycling bins instead of curbside, reasons being...... one, a tree branch isn’t recycling at all, two, Every cart had some sort of contamination (styrofoam, toys, garbage bags, oh yeah and a ton of yard waste in the recycle, good for the people who actually try to recycle good but I wouldn’t be surprised if this truck just gets dumped at the landfill.

This is like everything on what NOT to do when operating a Rear Loader Truck. That helper has no standards or professionalism at all. All cause you work with trash doesn’t mean you have to act like it tbh. Yeah it’s frustrating at time but the crew has to communicate too. Not shouting and acting a fool in public in front of customers. Totally unsafe and just nasty to watch. There’s no order or rhythm or sense of urgency at all. If that dude in the yellow was my helper, I would’ve called in and had him replaced cause he’s annoying af, but for one I wouldn’t have been driving unsafe and with a truck that has broken side steps, slow like a granny, and not helping the helpers,

This hauler needs to invest in side loaders. It's 2022, and using rear loaders on a route that looks like it could definitely support a side loader or a front loader with a Curotto Can is unacceptable, especially with employees like these clowns.
