Someone mentioned this idea in the comments and I loved it. This is a nice mix of visual ASMR triggers, for those who are hard of hearing or deaf. For those who are watching and can hear, I added some subtle background sounds and some whispering (with subtitles!). I hope you enjoy and thank you for the inspiration!

I don't mean to be rude or invasive, but, what is it like being deaf? I ask mainly because I want to understand it better. Like, how did you learn to communicate? I've only seen people learn sign language or reading through someone speaking what they are, how does one learn without being able to hear others teach?

@@orangemc9358 No problem- happy to share & educate. There are varying levels of deafness, it’s a spectrum - I’m moderately deaf in both ears. I grew up in a hearing world and only got my first hearing aids a few years ago (then aged 22). I got by with lipreading and picking out sounds of those I can hear. Signing was never a part of my growing up, everything around me was oral. English is my native language, though signs, gestures & written format are obviously helpful as they’re visual. But I’ve recently been learning sign language. Not all deaf people sign - it depends on a variety of factors. Again, communication varies. The best thing is to ask how a deaf person communicates.

I tend to get distracted by checking my phone a lot, especially when I’m anxious and stressed, but as soon as I reached for my phone, I remembered that these visuals were playing for me to work and yet feel relaxed at the same time.
