One of client having 5 NVR's (3 CP-Plus & 2 Hikvision) in the control room and using HDMI 5+1 splitter in the control room there is no issue till now, but the company director wants all these NVR's display and mouse access in his office room at single display, and director office is about 100 meter away from control room, what could be the solution in that case?

A KVM extender will allow you to transmit both the HDMI video and USB for mouse control from the NVRs in the control room to the director’s office. Some KVM extenders can transmit signals up to 150 meters over a single CAT6 cable.

Good day , may you please assist me with the following. I have 2x16 channel nvr 32 ip cameras 3x 16 Channel POE Switches Now i have connected The 1st 12 Cameras on the 1st poe, then i connected a lan cable on upLink 1 to port 1 on the POE Other 10 cameras are connected on poe ports aswell, then i connected uplink 1 of the 2nd POE switch to port 1 POE of the 3rd Switch which also has 10 cameras. Now the Question is that, if i plug Uplink 1 of the 3rd switch to a Router, then Both NVR also to the Router, will it work

Yes, but I don't recommend you daisy chain all those switch. You might pick one of the switch working as aggregative switch, and attach 2nd and 3rd switch as well as the NVR to that aggregative switch.

I have 12 NVRS & 12 Monitors , Nvrs are placed in server room & monitors are in security control room. Need a solution to control in one mouse & one key board, Pls share what are the devices required

You will need HDMI splitters sitting next to NVRs. Now you got duplicated HDMI output. One output will be sent to the monitors. Then connect second output to the controller. www.fastcabling.com/product/16-port-industrial-nvr-switch-19-1u-rackmount/ As you need to have mouse and keyboard on the control room, you can use USB extension over cat5e.

What if multiple nvr in one poe switch with different monitor and different cameras
@Fastcabling
@Fastcabling 4 ай бұрын
You can connect all cameras to a single PoE switch and assign them to different NVRs. Each NVR can be viewed on its own monitor.

@@Fastcabling it means that the nvr's have the same gateway? But different ip address? So that you can asign the cameras on which nvr you want?

I have a question ,my monitor turned off because of power interuption and when i turned it all the camera display disappeared. I enable the dhcp to scan the cameras that conected to my nvr But the cameras showed different ip address then i trouble shoot it i figured out that ip addresses that showed are the same as the ip address of another camera that asigned to another nvr . What does that mean?

After a power outage, if the DHCP server reassigns IP addresses to the cameras, it may result in duplicate IPs being assigned, disrupting the NVR connection. Turn off DHCP on your cameras and assign each camera a unique static IP address that is outside the range of your DHCP server. For example, if your router assigns IPs from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200, you can assign static IPs to cameras outside of this range, like 192.168.1.201 and above. If you want to avoid interference between NVRs and cameras on the same network, you can separate the NVRs into different subnets. For example, NVR 1 could use the 192.168.1.x range, and NVR 2 could use the 192.168.2.x range. This way, each NVR manages cameras on its own subnet without IP conflicts.

@@Fastcabling thank you so much. but i have another question in my mind. Imagine that you have 4 monitors with 4 nvrs with different ip address for example Nvr 1: has an ip of 192.168.22.163 Nvr2: 192.168.23.100 Nvr3: 192.168.10.102 Nvr4: 172.16.106.143 and they are all connected to one switch and my 40 cameras are connected to that switch . Now i want to devide that 40 cameras into my 4 nvrs so 10 cameras per nvr that display in 4 monitors. How do i do that?

How about multi site in one control room?
@Fastcabling
@Fastcabling 2 жыл бұрын
You might need to upload the video to the control room from each sites. Some NVR and camera supports upload the video to dedicated IP address. You should have enough bandwidth to receive the video streams from those sites. Also the PC based NVR software have the distribution network structure which could deliver what you need.
