This is a good recipe, tasty, quick and excellent value. We have made one addition to the meat filling and that is adding turkish mild pepper paste to the ingredients that is purly personnel prefferance, we also grate the onion rather than chop it again more of a personnel prefferance the onion cooks better and is sweeter. If you have access to a microwave at work these make a great work lunch. Thank you for the recipe, Take care, God bless one and all.

I’m going to try. I like the idea of the beef being fried actually marinating meat into one side of tortilla then flipping tortilla to crisp. I don’t think frying meat separately will taste the same. But thanks. Watching from Florida, USA

Why not fry meat separately and drain fat off and put on shell with cheese fold heat both sides and brown
