Sir I have doubt in respect of Audit committee U/S 177 limit of LDDB ( loan, debentures etc.) Should be >50 core instead of 50 core or more.

Sir there is mistake in public company requirement. loan/borrowing/debenture/deposit shall be more than 50 cr ( no equal to is there).

Sir can you please say whicj option is correct... Can a director be chairman of Audit committee? a) Yes, not more than 5 committees including both listed and unlisted public companies b) Yes, not more than 5 for listed companies and any number of committees for unlisted companies.
