If a glove has a crease or bubble in the middle of the Palm, is it possible to get rid of it or no?

Hi, I got a new glove and i have been playing catch and it still isn’t broken in but whenever I close it there is a crease in the palm so how to I break it in without forming that crease

The mallet is OK or pounding it with a bat. But first, heat some water in a microwave in a semi covered measuring cup...about 6 oz of water...boil the water until it begins to steam. Turn off the microwave and place the glove, completely open, inside the micro and close the door. DO NOT TURN THE MICRO ON WITH THE GLOVE INSIDE. You are creating a steam chamber and introducing moisture to the glove in measured amounts. Leave the in the micro for 20-30 minutes. Take it out and work it by rolling it or use your mallet. Then repeat the process. The glove will be warm and pliable from the steam. You can get your creases out once it has become pliable. Repeat the process over several days and your glove will be broken in to your desired level

Steam is your friend when breaking in a new glove, particularly if you have a pro style leather. You can heat water in your microwave to make it a steam chamber. Use a pyrex measuring cup to boil the water and place a margarine container lid with holes over the cup. Once the water boils STOP the microwave and place the opened glove inside for 20 - 30 minutes. DO NOT RUN THE MICROWAVE WITH THE GLOVE INSIDE. You are creating a steam chamber to intro moisture into the leather. The better quality (thicker/stiff) the leather the more you will have to repeat the process to get to the desired level of "break in". Repeat the process over several days while you are using the glove. Don't forget to use glove oil or similar product between steamings.
