I just found this 4 year old vid man 2968 on 4 s seams perfect for this boat It seams more controllable than the one I just watched with a 40 Friggen 82 2600 kv in it . Sometimes I think you have a warped sense of humour the 4082 must just about take up the whole floor. What a blast.

😊 I like the music on this vid Yes the 4082 sat in the rear as it has Integrated drive system and battery up where motor mount is and ESC on side plenty of room,did you see my vid Feilun FTO11 with ZTW 300A in it 👍

Steve Call RC.. Thankyou, i guess its all trial and error.. Ive weighed the FT011 and the Volantex racent angry shark both with no running gear inside and theyre both the same, i would have thought the Ft011 would be much lighter.. are you going to get the angry shark.. I think theyre are really good quality, metal parts.. ive upgraded the flex shaft from a 4mm to a genesis offshore rc boat with strut, much smoother, i will put a vid up. i hope you can get the angry shark

Yes I have put a 35mm prop on and an up-rated battery, all that happened was the ESC cut in reducing the power but at least I got it back to shore, replaced the ESC and the motor with FEILUN so called 'High Performance' units, no difference still 28 mph tops.

a total beast, mine is standard now, only tried 5000Mah batteries tht are huge but give me 2 times the play time. without changing the motor what prop you recommend?

Hi.. thanks.. ..just my opinion only run a 32-33mm prop for a stock Ft001 .. I tried a 35mm and it went good but my lipo puffed a bit and i could smell hot burn plastic from the motor..

I have a FT011 with all new standard - motor, speed controller , prop, prop shaft and the top speed (GPS) is 28 mph not 35 mph as claimed by FEILUN, the same as the used parts, what speed did the upgraded boat achieve ?

Hi.. yes they exaggerate the speed but still a really good boat for the price.. Not sure what speed, maybe over 60kph..my other vid FT011 with leopard hobby was much quicker acceleration and top speed.. I guess youll be putting a huge prop on your boat and burn all the electrics?? 😊🔥😊

Nice man! Thanks for sharing. Let me know how this holds up over a few runs at the high rpms on some hard oval runs. If it hold's up this is the "golden setup" for this boat.

nolive12 oh i out in a 4mm flex cable and strut and right now im CA gluing a proper motor cooling mount into the boat so i can bolt the motors properly.. Ive heard of that boat looks quick

Hi I did use the stock motor mount and cooler but I fitted a normal orange cooler on as well that has Watercooling see my older vid.Self righting didnt work with this motor

@@gamingwithtawsif4250 That's okay 😊👍 I don't know if it will fit ,recently I've been removing the stock motor mount all together and fitting my big lipo battery in its place between the 4 mounting holes that Kay flat,I then fitted my motor towards the back of the boat and ESC sat on the left of the battery which takes up the space between the removed motor mount mounting screws the ones that are upright posts,the boat then self righted see my vid with SSS 4082 2600KV

I can only suggest the angry shark 1750kv outrunner, 90A seaking esc, 44mm prop 1.9pitch but then you may as well buy a angry shark and just fit the 44mm prop and 90A esc with 4s 60-120c lipo.. The FT011 is a great boat though. Can you see my other vid of Angry shark wheelstanding

Marecki 1 🎅.. It doesnt seem to break, its quite solid, the Valantex racent angry shark is quite thin but i think it will cope with the hydropro inception motor upgrade.. Have you tried 8s lipo on your inception boat?? 😈😊. Thanks for the encouragement, i cant wait to try the leopardhobby 3665 3930kv in this Ft011 🏂

I am now using panther graphene but they are expensive, turnigy heavy duty lipo are good and alot cheaper, gens ace is good.. If you were to use the goolrc 2968 3400kv motor on 4s i would use a octura v935/3 you would have the fastest FT011 in the world

Very risky i would not.. Another good motor upgrade is the angry shark motor theres a vid on my channel 1750kv you could use 5s but has to be high discharge, also the shark motor will self right the boat, the goolrc motor wont self right the boat, id recommend the shark motor on 5s

Have you seen my vid of Hydropro inception ultimate upgrade on my channel, therws so much spray behind it would put out a house fire.. I get tempted to put the 4082 1600kv leopard hobby into the angry shark on 8s..

Hi yes it does seem to be stable with this set up, um i did nothing except build it and this is the first test and i didnt do anything to adjustments.. I do have another vid on my channel of the fastest Ft011 in the world, its much faster than this boat but i havent balanced it..
