To add people as collaborators go to github.com/ > sign in > click on your repository > Settings > Collaborators > Add people. They should be able to download the project by opening Github Desktop > File > Clone a repository > select the repository and a local path and hit "Clone" 😀 If you/they want to get the modifications after someone pushed some, just it "fetch origin" and "Pull origin" 🙂
