Great job moving those pigs, John! That itchy little pig was so cute. Stay warm KC Farms family!

Love how big the meat pig yard is. Lots of space to do pig things!

It is a good space for them and eventually we may move them over into the woods

Have you thought of growing more trees that feed pigs in your pasture? The book “Tree Crops” talk about feeding farm animals for free during the Great Depression. Examples are the Honey Locust Trees

Definitely something to look into but we probably wouldn’t enjoy the benefits for many years

Did you intend to keep 13 piglets for the meat Pen?Or did they not get sold and if they didn't get sold?Are you a little bit worried about the litters that are coming this winter about getting them sold
@KCFarms3 күн бұрын
We don’t advertise our pigs for sale. And not all of the piglets meet our standards to be registered. We try just to sell the best piglets for breeding. We are also working on building up our meat herd so we always have pork available for our markets.
