This lecture by Swami Mukundananda is truly enlightening! It is such a blessing to learn how to train our minds to control anger, as it can be so detrimental if left unchecked. It’s so true that anger can wreak havoc in our relationships and lead to choices we deeply regret. The insight he provides is like a guiding light, helping us navigate our emotions with grace and wisdom. I especially appreciate the verse from the Bhagavad Gita shared which serves as a powerful reminder of the transformative power of inner peace and self-awareness: "Aspirants may restrain the senses from other objects of enjoyment, but the taste for the sense objects remains. However, even this taste ceases for those who realize the supreme." It beautifully illustrates the journey of self-control and higher understanding in our lives. Thank you for sharing this valuable wisdom; it's a wonderful reminder that we can choose our responses and create a more peaceful existence for ourselves and those around us. Sending love and positivity to everyone on this journey! Much love and gratitude to you, Dear Swami Ji, for spreading this light! Radhey Radhey🙏🙏

Anger is the most harmful of all mental afflictions. It hurts the one who displays anger more than the recipient. Anger, rooted in unfulfillment of desire, has irreversible effects. Anger --> delusion --> bewilderment of memory --> destruction of the intellect --> failure to discriminate --> downfall of the soul. If we can learn to control anger, it will lead to purification of the mind. Thank you, Swamiji, for the tips on anger management.

The finest approach to obtaining God's grace, which is our highest goal, is tolerance. If we harbour resentment or envy, it indicates that we are trying to avoid God. I adored the use of the Mahatma, the furious woman, and the trailor's tale as examples. These two anecdotes were expertly and practically illustrated by Swamiji. Aditya Birlas provided yet another amazing example that was quite admirable. Even though there were compelling reasons to fire the employee, he nevertheless displayed his patience during peak leave and set a good example for the entire country. We appreciate your persistent efforts, Swamiji, to making our lives meaningful and joyful.

First of all, I love all of these videos, especially the content obviously. But I also wanted to mention that the ambient music was my favorite so far and had a peaceful quality. Where has a lot of the videos include Harsh cinematic music. Also the background of light and plant life and trees outdoors, is much better production wise than having a curtain, which makes things too dark for Swamiji. Hare Krishna; Sri Radhe Radhe 🩷

On a higher level of consciousness, sublimation is undoubtedly the best way to free ourselves from the clutches of anger - directing all our emotions to God. But for we people, I think, holding our breath works nicely. In the presence of an anger -provoking stimulus, instead of reacting immediately we can take a brief pause to hold our breath or to take deep breath and then try to do something that we like the most.

Spiritual bypassing. People need to get to the source of Anger in order to heal it, not force themselves to supress it inauthentically. After that, true peace of mind is possible, but the process has to be done first

Anger is a very dangerous emotions arise in the mind, first destroying the person who created it. Then others. Like a match stick which burn first itself, then helps other objects to burn. Our left brain is dominant for control of emotions, which should be activated. Thanks swamiji for the teaching❤❤

It's true Why should we pay by getting angry on others wrong doing and spreading negativity by doing this even we are also of no value for our Sadhna Guruji nation and whole atmosphere by spreading all bad effects all over due no not control over own nature, We should learn from Swamiji's preaching from this video and increase our own Sadhna to become perfect divine personality for the whole mankind and God

Also staying hungry causes anger why is that guruji? I have experienced really bad anger where my body shivers and ears get red; but I observed that if we allow it to flow in our minds and body (even though we don’t take it out and channel it out) it then takes forms into other things in our bodies like egoism, insecurity, seclusion (especially from family) etc. how to deal with that as well guruji please explain, thank you!
