Thank you! Your talks always make me feel better. I just got your Bhagavad Gita. I can actually understand it. In my desperation I asked Lord Krishna to help me and he gave me two gifts! No doubts. My path seems firm for first time although Buddhism has got me through about 40 years after leaving Christianity. I love Buddha too! Hinduism is so full of wisdom, kind and fun too. I hope that is not wrong to say. I could say many good things. Thank you for being you!

Don't worry. Sikhism, Biddhism, Jainism are all the branches of Hinduism( Sanatan Dharma). So, you are on a correct path, since all these religions have same principles.

Sometimes the people you love hurt you at a time when we were not expecting it but the lesson to learn is that if it has happened now have happened because of a good reason which we can't see. Just forgive and let go

Nobody can make you angry until you are calm. It's only in your hands how to react and respond. Forgiveness is the greatest virtue that everyone has to learn. Bend before you break. Resentment is like a monster. It is eating our body and making it hollow. Do not give remote control of your emotions to someone else. Mind your mind to lead a happy life. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏

When someone hurts us we can react in two ways. We can either be negative and keep being spiteful and hate that person, even though it would hurt us as much it would hurt the other. Or we can be positive and forgive them and get over petty quarrels and insults 🙏🙏

Forgiveness is most important to grow spiritually...if anybody do something bad to us we need to forgive them but we need to learn lesson from that not to get cheated again..we have to forgive the people who do bad to us so that our mind will become free and also at the same time we need to be careful in future so that we can't get cheated again

Sometimes we do not have biological and/or neurological control over feelings and emotions to be able move on. You give the example of 2 who were imprisoned by nazis. The audience chuckles inappropriately when you say one says to the other that he is still imprisoned. There is a difference between being hurt and being inflicted with horror and trauma. It's like telling a war vet with PTSD, just forgive and you'll be fine. No, the mind can be triggered and the person is taken back to the trauma event and they respond from neuro-programing just as the event is re-occurring. To just forgive is not effective in these situations. It can take years of medical and psychological intervention to help alleviate the effects. Forgiving is appropriate when in the beginning of the vid you say the car salesman tells the Indian car people that they know nothing about cars. But when it comes to children being murdered in front of parents, and parents being murdered viciously in front of kids, and other family members being done this way....sorry, but 'forgiveness' does not work. And the audience finding that funny, not sure why the chuckling. Please don't minimize this real horror as opposed to someone saying something stupid to you that is rude. Maybe real trauma belongs to another separate video.
