You can't actually because when you're angry you're out of control, it's like you're driving but you destroyed the steering wheel yet you want to control the car, no matter how difficult it seems it's better to approach everything without expectations or biases

I often bottle up my anger, and it often makes me super emotional. And when i can’t hold no more i often get physical. When this happened i often think of something bad and wish that the current situation even becoming more dire, bad thoughts often comes to mind like really “bad thoughts”. Sometimes im scared of what i might do

Becoming angry when needed is normal. But as I tell my own subscribers--staying in that state is not. Suffering from chronic anger causes a few problems. First it impedes your progress. By draining your energy that you should be using to advance yourself. Ever been angry all day at work then skipped that night workout? That's probably why. But it also isn't physically healthy and can lead to long term effects on the heart and doctors now think future cancer as well. Not to mention high blood pressure. There are two simple methods I tell my own people how to control anger. One you have with you--your breathing. You can breathe in a meditative state while walking down the street. You picture a coil slowly unwinding as if you were breathing through your stomach. Slow and in and out. Wind the coil and let it go slowly. It calms you down and if you do it every few hours for maybe ten reps then it keeps you calm. Second--reflect on what you are growing angry about. Is it really going to affect you even four months from now? You'll find many times it won't. So I would use these techniques to minimize anger so you can only progress forward. Not caring is the best way. Hard to not care but, when it comes to people and not my own internal anger, the only way I found to deal with my anger over being betrayed is to not care and borderline hate the people. Now I need help getting rid of the hate. 🙄

You need to calm down and understand how things should work between both of you. He also might need to adjust accordingly especially not to do stuff that makes you angry and the same thing goes for you. Going on angry won't just harm your inner peace but also harm your partner's feelings and sentiments towards you and this might spoil your relationship. Whenever you feel angry just calm down or keep quiet and don't use abusive or harsh words. Try meditating... do yoga or work out it will heal you to an extent. Things might be difficult in the beginning but they will help you for sure.

But will you behave similarly with your boss or a police officer ... Probably not ...because you know that there will be repilurcurtions ... So anger is your choice .. it's a choice to because angry with a person you already have taken for granted .

Unfortunately this is out of most peoples control. They don't wish to be angry it's an unconscious reaction to usually outside stimuli like stress or tiredness. Perhaps a solution is try to find circumstances like a job happy with etc so not to feel such stress

In some ways he is right. You can train yourself not to be angry, because often the anger is just a habitual response, a socially accepted response that most people follow, like for example getting angry and shouting at their child because the child dropped something or made a mess or won’t co-operate. Ask yourself is it helpful or is it worth it to be angry in this situation? And by asking this question you take control of your mind or at least give yourself a moment to make a better choice. It’s not rocket science and it works, but of course some situations are easier to let go, so let’s not pretend anger can be magically washed away. You have to be aware of what you want to change and actively practice it in real life.
