Many thanks for this video. If you'd manage to be more careful with the sound though, it would be a great improvement (power off the blower or use an audio 'gate' to remove it afterwards), and try to reduce the reverberation in the space (physically or in post-prod). The noise is so loud it makes concentration very difficult. Thanks so much for this channel, all the instructionals and your work in general. Precious.

Any tips for a 5'2 55 kgs guy who always rolls with people at least 20 kgs heavier than me? Since my limbs are extremely short for my height, whenever I get the back position, I find it hard to even lock up a RNC and my hooks just flop out instantly lol.

Cuz your a lot smaller you need to cut better angles and learn to wrestle up, don’t give up bottom position gravity is not your friend when your on your back. Prioritize leg locks and chokes from different angles (leg locks and chokes are the two forms of submission where size and strength for the most part is neutralized) I have leg locked 6’6 300lbs dude I’ve choked him etc etc it’s about better angles and more proficient method of attack. (I’m a black belt I’m not giving you bs advice)
