Fasting. Thank you!!! for reminding me, I should fast for the Holy Trinity!!! not just for myself. When I HAD cancer. I fasted for 3 days and night, with just water. When I started to eat it was just natural foods!!! NO SUGAR, NO CARBS, NO YEAST!!! AS THIS FEEDS THE CANCER!!! it was the best I had felt in decades!!! I STARVED THE CANCER!!! Amen, I tried fasting for the very first time a few weeks ago. Three days in a row, no food or drink from 6am-6pm. I was able to do it all three days ! That's huge for someone who's never fasted before !! I was very proud of myself ! I'm going to start incorporating that in my life more. 🎉🙏🏾
