Today I'm stealth camping in London, Ontario and trying to stay warm with only a Candle Lantern.
On day two, I head over to The Early Bird Restaurant for breakfast and find an outragious meal called the "Fat Elvis". It is thick cut French toast with fried bananas, peanut butter, bacon, fried bananas, syrup and honey, what a crazy start of the day. After breakfast I walk around London and check out the sights. At noon I drive over to Beach Boy Burgers and try their Double Smash Burger, fries and a PB & J Milkshake.

Have you been to Windsor yet? I lived in the Detroit suburbs growing up and every Sunday we drove to Windsor to eat at an amazing Chinese restaurant and fill up with gas. Would love to see what it looks like now 40 yrs later. Thnx Ken !!

I'm not from London lived there for a few years. That acai place is new to me but acai is a tropical fruit popular in Brazil. Looked like it was a small little acai bowl place, you 10000% need to experience one. Bud gardens is home of the knights if the OHL. Fanshawe College and Western University are what London is known for. That and their crackhead homeless population. The gun turret was at the navy yard.

Bacon for me depends on how I'm eating it. In a burger / sandwich then it needs to be crunchy. If I'm just eating bacon then it needs to be chewy.

Not my cup of tea that breakfast. But you have a 'sweet tooth' compare to me. I prefer a nice savoury breakfast. The burger, fries and milkshake in my opinion to expensive and the burger to fat with those sauces. Little thing, you always talk about bonus fries in the package. Not at all, they just fall out of your package.

I've taken many a couchsurfer to the Early Bird when they have passed through London and Beach Boy is my go-to burger joint. The Stacker is my favourite menu item at the Early Bird. It's certain to leave you needing a nap in your van

Great video Ken! Açai it's a Brazilian berry, it's really tasty and have a lot of good properties.they probably sell bowls, smoothies or even ice cream with that fruit. That fat Elvis looked killer, but my favorite was the beach boy burger!!

The Frosty Mug in Hot Springs Arkansas was an Elvis Presley style restaurant from that era too bad they closed many many many years ago. They had giant Mug of root beer mug their bacon 🥓 burgers were outstandingly good they used shredded fine lettuce on their burgers as aposed to leaving leafy unlimited re fills on their root beer. 1960-70’s Yes a&w joints are great but Eating something elvis may have eaten The giant Mug was their sign 🪧 yes they had frosty mug waiting you don’t need ice ice waters it down wish we had a frosty mug to. or re build a child hood restaurant from that era to get fresh mug root beer. old fashioned bacon burgers or fried peanut butter and banana 🍌 [once n a while] Enjoy Ken i’m jealous. 😮😢
