I stumbled upon Fat Freddy about 3 weeks ago, and been loving it eversince. Been to all the record stores here in Antwerp, Belgium, but cant find any of their CDs... Luckely they are comming to the Pukkelpop-festival here :) And I should really get me a ticket!!!

New Zealand... fucking best country in the Southern Hemisphere! To the south from up here we have a big special needs cousin who is very violent... so you don't turn your back on him because he'll stab you and take your toys, but he's your family and not very bright so you kinda love him, begrudgingly. 'murica. Aotearoa is in NO nations shadow. Yes, mos def there is a certain self-depreciation but the quality of life is important, and NZ has it. The media (no doubt mostly off shore owned) plays up on that. I love Melbourne. The rest... uh... yeah, no. Being able to walk in bare feet in grass and not get stung, bitten or stabbed? priceless...
