Any Keto updates? I’ve been on it sorta for about a month and for realsies (didn’t break down and eat bread) for a week. I’m not a cook and don’t have anyone to really help me, so I fear I am not getting enough nutrients, but the gal that’s got me doing it also has me cutting out soy and dairy.... so basically I can’t eat anything. Hoping I’m not just starving myself, so far I’m down a solid 7 lbs, but I would really have hoped for more given that even on the days I “cheated” I was still under 1200 cals. But I’m still trekking on and started a short yoga routine today, hope that helps. I hope your journey is going well and if your Keto journey isn’t I hope whatever happens next goes well too.

Why? How? You know it Kelly, money talks and bullshit walks...on water. I've publicly apologize to you forgiving you s*** at the studio here in San Diego back in the early 90s with Peter King and Dakota his band. But there are legitimate people like myself who are going through muscular dystrophy who are not going to be able to surf within the next year, not even close to the level I was as a semi-professional with you on the bud tour. So I'll leave you with this. I know I'll never get a chance to surf your perfect wave but that's fine cuz I have Newbs and other spots here at Sunset Cliffs that you are not welcome. No matter how many titles you have.
