I totally agree! My first thought was just a touch too boozy and needs to be dropped an ABV % or so. But other than that, it's nails it flavor wise. Not too sweet or cloying, not too spicy either. Really good balance. Best one I've had since Good Gourd as well! (Though I do still love New Holland's Ichabod). Happy Halloween! Cheers!

~~~ Elysian's Night Owl is a decent Pumpkin Beer. Tastes close to Pumpkin pie. Has to be fresh. Will have to swing by GBs. Nice review. Cheers!

I’ll have to look out for this. I’ve only ever had the southern tier pumpkin beers and they are just a little too syrupy for me to enjoy

I feel amber as a descriptor is used way too often when mahogany or chesut are much more appropriate.
