Almost his entire career was at middleweight, which is 160 at weigh-in, but fight night and natural weight is closer to 180. But he also bulked up to 200+ and took the heavyweight title from John Ruiz before he decided to come back down to middleweight and lose the title to Tarver. He put his body through hell late in his career before he finally got KO'd. Accomplished everything there is in Boxing

LP Flowers for Fat Joe to sit there and act like he wouldn’t be afraid to get into a physical altercation with a world class professional level boxer would be a bold-faced lie and a front of a tough guy act. Fat Joe is a humble and classy dude. He didn’t try to save face and call for security, no secondhand power moves. A championship-level professional boxer confronted him saying he felt disrespected. Fat Joe apologized like a man and maintained his friendship.

Back then when he was telling this story he said he told Roy Jones "yeah you were forced to learn back...TWICE" and then he said Roy Jones walked away. He's changing his story now. I believe NOW he's telling the truth but back then he was lying.

Jack Wilson agreed. He is absolutely horrible at interviewing. He interrupts, asks stupid questions, responds to them with “alright” or “ok” which is rude (interviewer is supposed to talk more than that), doesn’t do research before interview it seems, and causes drama. The only reason I watch him is bc he uploads short clips which have nice quality resolution and audio. Other interviews, it’s loud and they flip back and forth a hundred times and it’s an hour long with 15 ads.
