I met Fat Joe at the O’Connell Center at the Terror Squad concert way back in the day. Super cool dude. He got off the tour bus driving those little remote controlled micro cars. He was super laid back and down to earth. Just a few months later, I met Roy Jones Jr. for the second time at a charity basketball game in Gainesville, Florida. Roy was as humble and down to earth a superstar as anyone I’ve ever met. He was a childhood hero of mine, and I told him so. He autographed some stuff and gave me his CD. He wasn’t anything like the monster you saw in the ring. He was as kind and as lighthearted a guy I’d ever met. It’s crazy to think that this man was “in the matrix” when he was in the ring at super middleweight, then when on to be in the movie “The Matrix!” I’ll always be a fan of Roy Jones Jr. Glad to know Roy and Joe made amends after that rap beef. I love both of those guys. Salute.

Roy is arguably the most talented fighter I've ever seen in my lifetime. And he gets no credit. They talk about Pac Man. This man went from 154 to heavyweight and got titles n all of em. NO OTHER FIGHTER HAS DONE THAT. IF Roy and Mayweather crossed paths. Roy woulda beat the shit outta him.
