Great job! Just one small error. Lingual lipase is not activated until it hits the acidic stomach acid. This means that lipolysis cannot begin until fat reaches the stomach.

I have always enjoyed and am so grateful for the valuable content this channel provides for my study. This is the first time I have come across the new way the diagrams are presented and I would have to agree with you. I much prefer the hand drawn diagrams and explanations as I can retain the information a lot better. This vid is also helpful but as you said, not quite the same effect.
