@@tjtjmich16p ringside bags are pretty resilient. I have a spar bar but I’m not that big of a fan. The uppercut bag is pretty good and so is my wall bag. I’ve only been at this a year. I usually workout at home when I can’t make it to the gym. You plan on training at the house or gym?

Advice: I see you are pulling back on your punches too soon. You want to finish and snap into the bag when you strike it, especially for hard punches. It should cause the bag to bounce vertically. You are losing a lot of power with your current technique. Think about ending your punch 1 to 2 inches into the face of the bag. Do NOT push the bag, because you'll hurt your shoulders and fatigue quickly. If the bag swings into you, you need to shorten your punch to not get jammed up, focusing on ending the punch at the correct distance.
@BigNick50429 күн бұрын
Ok thank you I will give that a shot

Not sure what your goals are... elbows tucked and tight guard would be main thing to work on if you plan on sparring/competing with others. Open up once you got him hurt for the finish!
@BigNick50427 күн бұрын
Working on that currently. Tighten up the elbows and keeping the hands below the cheeks.

good technique! If you turn your lead foot over when you throw the lead hook you will generate more power! Just like you do when you throw the cross - pivot!

@@BigNick504Start out piviting your front foot on those hooks the power is generated when you turn your hips over, stay on your toes also, dont want to be flat footed

@@lime455Always stay on your toes, youre going to need to be light on your feet to get out after those punches cant do that flat footed, the whole point of fighting is to hit without being hit.
