And that is the problem. Fat. Fat, thick, overweight. What does that word even mean in society? To me it is a defining word. Overweight to me means that you have large excess that affects your health. That it says something about HOW healthy a body type is. When it is more than proven to go both ways with thin and thick people. Its how your genes talk that says something about your health. I want people to stop saying that and just accept different sizes as we have different bodys. Some are tall, some are short, some are chubby and so on. We don't have to sugercoat anything because there should be nothing to sugercoat? it should not matter wether you are a size medium or xxl.

Antonio Perez Never said that meat doesn't have nutrients but to me it doesn't outweigh the negative impact it has, animals eat plenty of plants but are also given supplements. I didn't mention it because there isn't a reason we need to get it from animals and look for the "right" meats. Meats get glued together and sold for high prices, most meat is processed and most people don't care the kind of meat they eat they just care about the taste and end up paying for it later in life. No need to call me names, literally wanting to help humanity wake up to understand that eating how most people especially Americans are, because it contributes to tons of food and water being used on animals that are killed, deforestation, their poop gets in our water and hurts our environment, and bottom line animals aren't ours... but no, just gotta have that protein, I just get mine from broccoli, spinach, chia seeds etc...

my legs are a little chubby and they get sore when i walk a lot too. they have this stuff i found at the drug store it's called 'friction defense stick' (ik weirdest name out there) but it's kind of like a lotion (and looks like deodorant tbh) that you put on both legs where they rub and it helps SOOOO much better than the powder option. and it's by Gold Bond so it has stuff in it that will soothe your skin if you already have the rash. I just wanted to comment this in case anyone else has this problem and needed help!

I actually found the opposite to be true in terms of the tightness of clothing. Once I got the confidence to wear tighter clothing I got questions about whether I'd lost weight. I think baggier clothing just hung off my boobs and made me look like a tent 😂

Great video! In my culture, being chubby was considered healthy. As a child, i was always scrawny and I use to hate it because my grandma used to say "what's wrong with Reva - is she sick?"
